Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, along with a separate tracking email with tracking information once your order has shipped from our warehouse. For any questions, please reach out to: contact@picopico.us.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand soon—subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know!
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly at contact@picopico.us.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Please email us at contact@picopico.us if your order is delayed or missing. We’ll work with the courier to help resolve it.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. View our full policy here.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the preferred size or color.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re so sorry! If you wish to initiate a return, please select the option "item defective" and upload photos as necessary. We will verify and issue a refund in a timely manner. Thanks for the cooperation.

How do I find my size?

Do your styles run true to size?
Most styles are true to size unless noted otherwise in the product description. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What if I’m between sizes?
Each style includes specific fit notes. If unsure, email us—we’re happy to help recommend a size based on your measurements.

Are your fabrics sustainable?
Yes. We use eco-conscious materials like organic cotton, Lenzing™ Modal, and recycled yarns whenever possible. See our About Us page for more details.
Where are Picopico products made?
Our pieces are made in small batches in certified partner factories in Portugal and China that meet high standards in quality, labor, and environmental care.
Do you use organic or recycled materials?
Yes, many of our core styles feature organic or recycled fabrics. We’re committed to low-impact sourcing without compromising comfort or quality.
How do I care for my pieces?
Most garments should be machine washed cold and laid flat to dry. Always check the care label for best results.
