Returns
We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, click here.
To qualify for a return, items must be: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in original condition with tags attached, returned in original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Items marked "Final Sale", gift cards, socks, hats, undergarments, or other intimate accessories (due to hygiene reasons), and custom or limited-run items (if indicated on the product page).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue in the return form. We’ll prioritize resolving it—either by replacement or refund.
U.S. Sales Policy
This return and refund policy applies to all U.S. domestic orders. All returns must be shipped from within the United States. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns caused by third-party couriers.
